[Remind-Fans] ONCE

I created a public holiday include file, which omits holidays and
prints a msg.

I include this file in several places whereever the omit context is
needed. I would like to print the msg only once though.

I tried:

REM Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri 1 Jan SCANFROM [today()-7] SATISFY [TRUE]
OMIT [trigdate()]
REM  ONCE [trigdate()] MSG New Year Bank Holiday

but that does not do thwe trick. Am I misunderstanding the concept of
"ONCE"?
