[Remind-Fans] SCHED function

REM AT 11:30 SCHED mathematician MSG Mathematician %3

I thought this would produce an alert at 10:00, 10:40, 11:00, 11:15,
11:03.

I noticed o-day, that the last two alerts were issued at 11:20 and
11:35 respectively. Is that because I call remind with -z (default
wake-up time of 5min)?
