[Remind-Fans] Sync Remind and Google Calendar

if you have a web server, syncing ICS files to google calendar is a
piece of cake with "Add by URL".   Unfortunately, there's a nasty bug
that Google won't respond to - events, once created, can't be changed.
   Only new events appear on the calendar.  When the event IDs match,
Google ignores any changes.
