[Remind-Fans] Blue moons

I use remind mostly to generate those sweet looking postscript
calendars.

But I wanted to get blue moons on it.  I found the snippet that 
David Skoll wrote on how to find when the next one will occur -
but I failed to figure out how to get in into my .rem file so it
would work.

Well, I signed up so I could access the archives - and there was
the answer!

Thanks to the effort of Wolfgang Kroener, I just pasted his code
and "BING!" it works!
