[Remind-Fans] [PATCH] man/remind.1: Clarify how to use eastern longitudes.

Hi,
This patch clarifies that eastern longitudes requires negative
values for all variables. I haven't looked at the source, thus
I'm not 100% sure this is correct, but it fixed it for my
location.
