I tried this:
REM 14 sat jan mar may jul sep nov +3 msg clean the furnace filters %b

but I guess you can't use multiple months

I'd do this:
REM 14 sat jan *60 +3 msg clean the furnace filters %b

but that wouldn't always show up on Saturdays

Any suggestions?
