With that many OMITted days, Remind hits its iteration limit
and bails out.  You should split it into two separate reminders:

REM 17 Sep 2012 THROUGH 21 Dec 2012 ... MSG Practice ...
REM 24 Jun 2013 *1 ... MSG Practice ...

I thought that increasing $MaxSatIters would help, but apparently not...
