[Remind-Fans] Help with timed popup reminders

Don't know for sure, but I suspect remind is looking at time of the file's
last modification or similar. If the file hasn't changed, no popup. Just a
guess. I faced a similar situation one time and added a "touch <filename>"
command so that Remind would see it as modified.
