[Remind-Fans] Removing a date from recuring event

Hi guys..I'm new here and like the program.
What i want to achive is to remove an event form a recuring event.
Becuse i'm not the only one that will use the calendar i will use some
other compatible ics client.
So i create an recuring event with

PUSH-OMIT-CONTEXT  # if necessary
REM Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun AT 12:00 SKIP MSG Meeting
POP-OMIT-CONTEXT   # if necessary

so now i convert to ics using rem2ics.
After that for example i delete (OMIT) one event from the calendar.
Now when i convert it back with ical2rem is it possible to add OMIT to the
CONTEXT with the date that was deleted?!
Or to use script of diff and see what is diferent and if it was an recuring
event to add an OMIT..
Or is there a way to say that anything that is happening on that specific
date and time do a SKIP..?!
