study the manual (only reading it will not suffice):

Thus:

remind -c+1 path/to/your/remind/file date

will give you the calendar of the week containing date.
date is given either as "day monthname year" ( 1 December 2000 )
newer remind versions also accept iso dates ( 2000-12-01 )
