It's not very well implemented, though.  You have to pick a language at
compile-time and then that's it.

If anyone would like to make it truly locale-adaptive, I'd be happy to
take patches.  It's a pretty difficult job, though, because I'm not
sure the standard i18n libraries are up to the task.
