I'm curious about this "1" which interprets the date/time as UTC.  Is
there a way to specify the time-zone in a regular (non-evaluated)
definition?  Something like

  REM Jan 03 2018 AT 5:35 UTC MSG %"Translate 5:35UTC to local time%"%
