[Remind-Fans] Help with remind, please

I'm new to remind, no programming experience and I'm having some 
difficulty with an appointment reminder.

What I want is to be reminded of something on the Thursday following the 
third Wednesday of the month. The closest I've managed is:

REM 1 Thursday --14 MSG Appointment

This works for 2021 except for September and December each of which have 
5 Thursdays in the month.

Any suggestions, pointers or help would be appreciated.
