[Remind-Fans] TkRemind not changing highlighted date

Running 3.04.00 (git version) on Arch.  Current installed version
includes commit b1594980fc.

Came across a new bug in TkRemind.  I didn't notice it in the 3.04
betas, but I can't state that it wasn't in the betas for certain.

In the past, the highlighted date would automatically change to the next
date at 00 hours (local time).  "Today" button doesn't change the date;
using forward/back/go-to-date buttons works as expected, but using the
"today" button returns to the current month, (still wrong date
indicated).
