[Remind-Fans] allow *1 repeat without any start date

Why are some of these lines causing errors:

    REM MSG works fine
REM UNTIL Dec 31 2022 MSG works fine
REM *1 MSG not allowed "Must fully specify date to use repeat factor"
REM *1 UNTIL Dec 31 2022 MSG not allowed "Must fully specify date to use repeat factor"
REM THROUGH Dec 31 2022 MSG not allowed "Must fully specify date to use repeat factor"

If something repeats every day from now on, surely remind doesn't need me
to give it some random starting day to use a "*1" repeat factor? Yes,
I can leave off the repeat factor and it works and doesn't complain,
but it should not complain if "*1" is missing a start day.
The "*1" repeat doesn't need a start day; just start today if missing.
