Remind has had a long-standing wart regarding the sign of $LongDeg and
friends.  This was corrected in Remind 03.03.11 with the new
$Latitude and $Longitude system variables.  At some point, the old
$LatDeg, $LongDeg, etc variables will be deprecated and at some further
point they will be removed.
