[Remind-Fans] $Latitude, $Longitude are locale-sensitive (was Re: sun moon data)

Hi,

So this is the compromise I have settled upon.

$ LC_ALL=de_DE.UTF-8 remind -
set $Longitude "0.333"
set $Longitude "0,333"
-stdin-(2): Accepting "0,333" for $Latitude/$Longitude, but you should use the "C" locale decimal separator "." instead
dump $Longitude
Variable  Value

      $Longitude  "0.333000"
