[Remind-Fans] Patch for TkRemind for calendars with 6 rows

Hi,

There's a small display glitch in TkRemind for months whose calendars have
six rows (like July 2022).

The reported issue is at https://github.com/dfskoll/remind/issues/1
and the fix is at https://github.com/dfskoll/remind/commit/80e51d1d0fee608481f48a9194ddace0fe51d12f

The bug only shows up if you enlarge or maximize the TkRemind window.
