[Remind-Fans] rem2ps/rem2pdf for weekly calendars?

I can use rem2ps/rem2pdf to create a monthly calendar similar to

  rem -c

Is there a way to get a weekly PS/PDF calendar, similar to

  rem -c+
  rem -c+2

where each week is a full week (even if it straddles a month-boundary)?
