[Remind-Fans] Cool/silly new feature

Hi!

Based on a comment on my "Introduction to Remind" YouTube video, the
master branch of https://git.skoll.ca/Skollsoft-Public/Remind now supports
the MOON special with "remind -c" in a UTF-8-capable environment.

I made this test file:

      REM [moondate(0)] SPECIAL MOON 0 -1 -1 [moontime(0)]
      REM [moondate(1)] SPECIAL MOON 1 -1 -1 [moontime(0)]
      REM [moondate(2)] SPECIAL MOON 2 -1 -1 [moontime(0)]
      REM [moondate(3)] SPECIAL MOON 3 -1 -1 [moontime(0)]

      REM Wed Something on Wednesday

      REM Mon AT 9:00 SPECIAL COLOR 64 64 255 Blue

and the screenshot shows the results in my terminal. :)  Fun!
