[Remind-Fans] Remind 04.01.00 BETA 2 is available

Hi,

04.01.00 BETA 2 is available in git with a tarball at
https://git.skoll.ca/Skollsoft-Public/Remind/archive/04.01.00-BETA-2.tar.gz

Changes since BETA 1:

o BUG FIX: remind -c now supports the greyscale "SPECIAL SHADE n"
  syntax.

o CHANGE: If colors are enabled, remind -c highlights today in bold.

o CHANGE: "make install" does not strip debugging symbols.  Use
  "make install-stripped" if you want remind and rem2ps to be installed
  without debugging symbols.

Please test; if this one looks OK, then it will be the 04.01.00 release
except for last-minute minor changes such as updating the release date
in docs/WHATSNEW.
