[Remind-Fans] default options?

These might be old suggestions or may have already been declined, in which
case, sorry.

Please allow an environment variable for default remind (or rem) options,
so I don't have to type - at 2,2,1 every time

Please allow a config file (or config options in my .reminders file)
where I can set default options such as - at 2,2,1

Even if this only works for the "rem" command and not the full "remind"
command, it would be very handy.
