[Remind-Fans] A 15-year-old bug found by profiling

Hi,

I decided to profile Remind with gprof and was getting very odd results.

This commit from 2007 introduced a bug:

which I just fixed in this commit:

Luckily, even though the logic was completely backwards, the only
effect it had was to slow down Remind and not cause any crashes or
security vulnerabilities.

I tell ya... this programming business keeps me humble...
