[Remind-Fans] $DontCue no longer works for rem

Yep.  (Oops.)  It's a bash function that's defined only if the
remind program exists, and remind wasn't installed when I opened
that terminal and started bash.  I knew the function wasn't defined
in that shell, but I had forgotten that it did more that just modify
the date arguments.  Rem works just fine in newly-opened shells.
