I think it should be documented somewhere that %" is not honored/applied for calendar modes when "a" flag is used.

I think this behavior is required in this case to differentiate a reminder (day D) with its deltas (D-1, D-2...). However, I'm wondering if %" should be totally ignored like it is currently (too much radical?) of if some more precise rule should be applied like { display %b if mentioned otherwise respect %" }... (of course this is just an example)
