[Remind-Fans] Letting an OMIT drive the SKIP/BEFORE/AFTER?

Ah, well.  I'll see if I can come up with some work-arounds.  I
guess the easiest is to just create the events as SKIP, create the
OMIT for the dates and question, and then manually add the bumped-to
dates.  Thanks for investigating!
