[Remind-Fans] $Use{VT,256,True}Color & ansicolor() thanks!

I've slowy been updating my reminder files to take advantage of
all the lovely "Suggested by Tim" features that have been added
(now that they've trickled down to my packages).

Today it was replacing my rats' nest of color logic with the     
$Use{VT,256,True}Colors variables and the ansicolor() function.

  $ cd $REMIND_DIR
  $ git diff --shortstat
   1 file changed, 2 insertions(+), 43 deletions(-)

That just feels good.
