True. Because hospitals are a 24/7 business and I'm in the US, I assume a
Sunday  at midnight start to the week. I hadn't thought of it before.

This is the one I decided to use. Thank you so much. I'm sure I knew about
the way remind calculates things when both the date and DOW are specified,
but this is the first time I've had occasion to use it.

Indeed.Language to humans is like water to a fish. We don't notice it until
it's messy.
