Is it just my imagination[1] that, at one point SKIP/BEFORE/AFTER
expected/required the OMIT (whether with or without weekdays)?  I'm
pretty sure I developed that pattern of weekdayless OMITs associated
with my SKIP/BEFORE/AFTER based on some example I'd seen in either
the Remind wiki or some of the sample reminder files on the Roaring
Penguin/skoll.ca site.  So now I'm second-guessing where I got it.
