[Remind-Fans] Poll: Anyone using ONCE?

Hi,

Does anyone use the "ONCE" keyword?  I think it's a misfeature and
would like to remove it.  If nobody's using it, I will start by
deprecating it with a warning, and then remove it entirely in about a
year.  If people are using it, though, I'll leave it alone... or
better yet, implement it properly by having Remind keep a timestamp
file somewhere rather than using the last-access date of the reminder
file.
