Not really.  In calendar mode, newlines are converted to spaces.
You'd have to use three REM commands:

rem 2024-09-06 msg 1B 8:30-9:50%
rem 2024-09-06 msg 2B1 9:55-10:35%
rem 2024-09-06 msg 2B2 10:35-11:15%
