[Remind-Fans] ical2rem.pl v0.8 is released

I have released a new version of ical2rem.pl.  Minor fix so that all day
events don't create an extra REM line for the day after the event.  Also
retab the file for consistent indentation.

Dianne, no hurry to include this, it's a minor fix, just wait for your next
release.
