How did you install Remind?  Did you install from an OS package, or from
source?

If you installed the OS package, it might not include rem2html.  For
example, on Debian, you need to install "remind-tools" to get rem2html
and rem2pdf.

If you installed from source, it should be installed.  Just type
"man rem2html" or "man rem2pdf" for usage instructions of the respective
tools.
