Disclaimer: I have not worked on ServPoET in something like 7 years,
so things may have changed a lot.

ServPoET has a modified PPPoE server with an embedded Tcl interpreter.
It has commands to accept RADIUS attributes and set various pppd options.
The embedded Tcl interpreter also lets you query the PPPoE server state
and send it commands to change its behaviour.  Finally, it has an L2TP
implementation that lets you terminate a PPPoE session against an L2TP
LNS.
