[RP-PPPoE] rp-pppoe-3.10

Hi All,

I'm having trouble building the latest version of RP-PPPoE - configure runs 
without error but 'make' produces the following output.

I'm running Linux kernel 2.6.30 with matching headers and gcc-4.3.3
