	For starters, what's in your /etc/ppp/options file? It looks to me like 
you are locally authenticating EAP and so it doesn't even get a chance 
to consult radius, and I think the reason would have to be eap settings 
in ppp. There are some other issues here if you intend to do more than 
soley test authentications but lets start with that.
