[RP-PPPoE] pppd zombies on k3.x with rp-pppoe 2.11 beta

Hi david,

on 1st sight it seems the zombie problem is gone.
so the trunk version seems to fix the problem.
will have a penetration overnight and update the other systems tomorrow
to see if its still working.
i will come back to you with results.
