[RP-PPPoE] pppoe: Timeout waiting for PADO packets

Hi all:

When I run “/usr/sbin/pppoe -I eth0 -A” on my board(arm),and the kernel is 4.1.17,
Errors occur as following:

root # /usr/sbin/pppoe -A
[  200.734863] pppoe: packet size is too short (24 <= 26)
pppoe: send (sendPacket): Invalid argument
pppoe: Timeout waiting for PADO packets
root # echo $?
1

so if you kown how to fix it, please tell me.
