[RP-PPPoE] PPP 2.5.0 has been released

[For users of RP-PPPoE client/server software]

Hi, everyone,

The PPP project has released PPP 2.5.0.  Please note that the current
version of rp-pppoe, 3.15, will *NOT* compile against PPP 2.5.0.

The current git master at https://github.com/dfskoll/rp-pppoe *WILL*
compile against PPP 2.5.0.  I would like to make a 3.16 (or possibly
4.0) release at some point, so could you please test the git master
against both PPP 2.5.0 and 2.4.9, if possible?  I plan on making a
release in a couple of weeks unless I hear about problems.
