[RP-PPPoE] 403 when accessing download/OLD/rp-pppoe-3.15.tar.gz

Downloading the old archive at
https://dianne.skoll.ca/projects/rp-pppoe/download/OLD/rp-pppoe-3.15.tar.gz
results in a 403 (Forbidden). Perhaps this was unintentional?

I did find a 'backup' at http://web.archive.org/web/20220523050110/https://dianne.skoll.ca/projects/rp-pppoe/download/rp-pppoe-3.15.tar.gz

Also, could you please consider leaving old versions at the same URL?
... 2021-05-07 isn't _that_ old :)
