[Remind-Fans] reminder for meetings

I don't know if there are any other Irish Free Software Organisation[0] members
that use remind[1] for generating their reminders, but I thought I'd share the
snippet that I use to get reminders of the meetings (on the third Tuesday of
the month) - I have this tied in with o2sms and a cronjob so I get texts from 
at least 3 days before hand.

REM Tue 15 +3 MSG IFSO Meeting is %b at 20:00 in Mahaffey's
