[Remind-Fans] sunset values off

Hi,

I noticed that after upgrading the remind software from 03.01.07 to
03.01.12 a while ago, the reported sunset times shifted by 6 minutes.
The times have never exactly matched other sources (such as the NOAA.gov
/ usno.navy.mil websites, among others), but the latest version is
further off than before. As an example, running "remind -arqh" with the
following input file:

    SET $LatDeg 39
    SET $LatMin 42
    SET $LatSec 0

    SET $LongDeg 104
    SET $LongMin 54
    SET $LongSec 0

    banner %
    msg Sunset [today()]:  [sunset()] %

produces the following results:

  * Remind 03.01.07:   Sunset 2013-01-27:  17:12
  * Remind 03.01.12:   Sunset 2013-01-27:  17:18
  * usno.navy.mil (same date):    17:14

Any explanations or suggestions for a patch/fix would be greatly
appreciated.

Glenn
