Yes; I found what I thought were better values for the Mean Anomaly
and other constants in the sunrise/sunset calculations.

The man page says:

"The sun functions should be accurate to within about 4 minutes for
latitudes lower than 60 degrees"

and it looks like that is indeed the case.
