[Remind-Fans] Moving meeting dates

I have a meeting on the 4th Saturday of every month except November and December, when it moves to the third Saturday. I thought the two lines below would have done the trick, but it doesn't. I've been trying to understand how to best accomplish this for quite a while now, and I'm still not finding it, can someone please assist?

REM 22 Sat Jan,Feb,Mar,Apr,May,Jun,Jul,Aug,Sep,Oct MSG Group Meeting
REM 15 Sat Nov,Dec MSG Group Meeting
