[Remind-Fans] BUG: AFTER keyword handled incorrectly when combined with repeated reminders

Hey all,
hope you had a good start in the new year!

I just noticed a bug when using the AFTER keyword on repeated reminders:

When scheduling a reminder like this:

REM 2021-01-01 THROUGH 2021-01-08 AFTER MSG Test

with an OMIT on the last day:

  OMIT 2021-01-08

The expected behaviour would be a reminder on 2021-01-09, since the
AFTER keyword moves it there - however, this is not the case: neither
2021-01-08 nor 2021-01-09 trigger. The issue is reproducable with other
repetitions, too.

I also tested it with BEFORE and the first day being omitted - however,
the following:

  OMIT 2021-01-01

REM 2021-01-01 THROUGH 2021-01-08 BEFORE MSG Test 2

schedules a reminder on 2020-12-31 as expected.

A third test showed that the AFTER keyword only misbehaves in
combination with repeating reminders, the following works as expected
(schedules the reminder on 2021-01-09):

  OMIT 2021-01-08

REM 2021-01-08 AFTER MSG Test 3

I'm not particularly familiar with the remind code, but maybe someone
can find a fix for it :)
