OK, here's a pretty basic configuration that isn't working:

REM 1 OMIT Sat Sun MSG %"Do Something On A Weekday%" %a %

But:

$ rem Oct 1 2005
Reminders for Saturday, 1st October, 2005:

Reminders:
Do Something On A Weekday today

I _thought_ I understood how to do this...
