I don't know if this is a bug or a user error. If I feed this .reminder
file into rem2ics I get some interesting results.

FSET isFirstFull(date) \
monnum(moondate(2, date)) == monnum(moondate(2, moondate(2, date)+1))
REM 1 SATISFY isFirstFull(trigdate())
set blue moondate(2, moondate(2, trigdate())+1)

MSG [year(blue)]/[monnum(blue)]/[day(blue)] Blue Moon
MSG [easterdate(today())] Easter Sunday
REM [moondate(0)]
REM [moondate(1)]
REM [moondate(2)]
REM [moondate(3)]
REM Jul 21 2007 MSG Time trial
REM Jul 22 2007 MSG Time trial

Running it with 
  `remind -s12 -irem2ics=1 ~/.reminders 1 Jan 2007 | TZ=GMT0BST
./rem2ics -do >reminders.ics`

The output is attached.
