[Remind-Fans] tkremind & 24-hour clock

I've just started using remind, mainly via tkremind.

I would much prefer to define reminders using the 24-hour clock, and I 
see that remind itself works that way, but tkremind uses the 12-hour 
clock and an am/pm selection.

Although I've never scripted with tk/tcl it looks as though it's 
pretty easy to make my own version to use the 24-hour clock, but I 
wondered if anyone has ever considered making it an option.
