[Remind-Fans] rem2ics error for timed events: "Use of uninitialized value..."

Sorry,

I mean that the ultimate rem2ics could be included with the remaining files
of remind  (as in Debian packages). I think is a quite important script and
would be interesting for people getting it with remind.
