Oh, and by the way... that is not the idiomatic Remind way to issue
a reminder every four years.  The proper way is:

REM 27 July +7 SATISFY [($Ty % 4) == 3] MSG 27 July, every 4 years.

($Ty is available only with the latest versions of Remind; some distros
package older versions that lack it.)
